Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is De Blanco Weddings & Event Design, based in Mallorca, Spain. You can contact us at any time at deblancoweddings@gmail.com.
What data we collect
Only the information you choose to send us through the enquiry form: your name, your partner’s name, email, phone number and the details of your celebration.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry and, if you wish, to prepare a proposal for your wedding or event. We never use your data for advertising and we never sell or share it with third parties for their own purposes.
Legal basis
Your consent, given when you tick the box on the form, and the steps needed before entering into a contract at your request (Article 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR).
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, if we work together, for the period required by law. If we do not work together, we delete your data within 12 months.
Service providers
Messages are delivered through an email service provider that processes the data only on our behalf. This website is hosted by Cloudflare.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to the processing of your data by writing to deblancoweddings@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or the authority in your country.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies. We measure visits anonymously with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or collect personal data, to understand which pages are useful.
